18/24VAC 1000mA AC Power Adapter (Snellville)

I honestly don't know what this is used for but I found it cleaning my garage. Not sure if it works. It's from Radio Shack, so that tells you how old it is. I wanted to see if anyone can use it. Pick up in Snellville.
