A TENS machine (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) is a small device used for pain relief. It sends mild electrical pulses through pads stuck on your skin to help block pain signals and encourage your body to release natural painkillers (endorphins).
People commonly use them for:
• Back pain
• Muscle pain
• Arthritis
• Sciatica
• Sports injuries
• Period pain
