Kids bike (Ellenbrook M28)

Hi just wondering if any ody has a bike suitable for approx 11yr old that is playing out daily for soo long riding a bike that she struggles on she barely fits on it it's soo small she lives on the same estate as me and I really see how happy she is just being out on her bike i don't have much my self to be in the position to buy her one I wish I did so honestly would appreciate if anybody is gifting one doesn't matter what colour or make as long as it is good enough to ride id love to watch her on something she can actually ride and not banging her knees on the handle bars thank you for reading my post xx
