Twin bed frame with side rails (Farmington Hills)

1 end has a small dent (circled), I used as footboard.
This was previously part of a bunk bed, but didn't realize or notice it when I bought it at a Sal. Army years ago. I have all screws and slats.
This was in a non-smoking, no pets home.
