Sewing machine (Bromsgrove B60)

Hi! I'm looking for a sewing machine, I've just moved here from the uk and don't have much! So any needles or thread, pins would be also very much appreciated! Also looking for a sewing club if anyone knows of one! Thank you for reading! Arielle
