Either tyre needs replacing or an inner tube may be possible to use inside it, idk. Also have some barrow wheel spacers that came with a solid metal centre wheel, if they are of any use (will separate if desired), and 2 bearing races. Missing the bolts and washers at the end - though I may have them somewhere or a bolt which fits.
38cm/15" diam with tyre
22cm/~8.5" diam rim
8/8.5cm/~3.3" across fork space
