Rowenta brand table fan with something wrong with the motor. It hums softly when turned on but blades do not spin. The appropriate lights on the console come on when control turned to turbo boost or silent night, so I know it's getting electricity. Maybe something stuck in the motor casing?
I have 3 others - best, quietest fans I've ever bought - that are all still working perfectly. I know this one is not "dead", so if you tinker with motors maybe this could be saved.
