Just letting everyone know that our Free Shop will be closed this week.
We will NOT be OPEN on Thursday 19th, Friday 20th nor on Saturday 21st.

Not giving anything away and NOT ACCEPTING DONATIONS.

So PLEASE do NOT take donations there - the shop is not open, there are NO volunteers to deal with your donations this week.

We know that’s super annoying for you but our volunteer shop manager is very unwell and cannot volunteer this week.
If you know her, you’ll know that she would NOT have made this decision lightly - she is literally immobilised and bed-ridden.

We have been unable to find any ‘cover’.

Luckily for you guys….
(1) there are 10+ Charity Shops on London Rd within 5 min walk of Free Shop. They’ll take selective high quality donations.
They’re generally open 10-5 everyday.

(2) The Free Shop has a WEBSITE & APP

You can list unwanted things here 24/7 and people who want it will arrange to collect from you.
