Ab Circle Pro exercise machine (Southwest of Ford Lake)

FLASH GIVE: Ab Circle Pro exercise equipment tones abs & buns. Missing a plastic foot, but replacements can be found on eBay. It may have had an electronic counter at one time, but that is also missing. Otherwise works great, and is adjustable!

Ab Circle Pro targets multiple muscle groups through its unique circular and side-to-side motion. It primarily tones the upper, middle, and lower abdominal muscles, as well as the obliques (side abdominal muscles), providing a comprehensive core workout. Additionally, by adjusting the machine’s pin, it can be used to target the thighs, hips, and buttocks, offering a full lower-body toning effect. The device is designed to strengthen the entire core while also delivering a low-impact cardio workout.
