Gaitors, hip boots, or nylon cover (Schenectady)

I am fleeing a dv situation to work on a farm north that requires gaitors or calf high boots or something like that and I can't afford anything.. anybody out there could help me out with this equipment? I would be so appreciative; you'd be working to save my life and I would do anything. Thanks so much, p
