As pictured, its dimensions are 72cm H x 62cm W x 30cm D.
However, it splits into two parts (which are stacked vertically in this photo), so you could have two racks which are each 36cm H x 62cm W x 30cm D, or you could have one long rack measuring 36cm H x 124cm W x 30cm D.
The vertical clearance in each shelf is 17.5cm, so it's just about tall enough to fit walking boots, as you can see in the photo.
