Old manual lawnmower (Wirksworth south DE4)

Posting for a friend. I am told it is old but a good quality mower [J P Minor] and the blades move freely and do cut though will benefit from sharpening. I am not sure that the grass box stays properly in position but it isn't clear to me how it is meant to fit.
