IKEA reclining chair with foam cushion and fire label (Wokingham RG40)

See photo. Reclining chair came from IKEA about 10 years ago, has been used regularly. The original foam cushion has a fire certificate, a second cushion was inserted a few years ago to provide more support, this works OK, but I can’t find the certificate for the later cushion – this could easily be removed and replaced or not replaced. The cushion cover has some marks consistent with its age. It is still comfortable as an occasional chair.
The chair is assembled but could easily be dismantled with an Allen key to fit more easily into a car.
