Coat stand (Enfield EN1)

We got this coat stand years ago second-hand. The original owner had sawn it in half when he obtained it so he could carry it in his car! He then used the metal joining pieces and screws to put it back together. Not very satisfactory as we had to screw them up every little while as the screws worked loose. Maybe a DIY person could find a permanent solution! It's approx. 6 feet tall.
