Multimeter to save 1980s IBM PC (Southern Salinas)

Hi neighbors! I'm a local tech hobbyist and repairer (I run a small YouTube channel for retro tech). I'm currently trying to save a vintage 1980s IBM computer from the landfill, but I've hit a snag and need a multimeter to find a short on the board.

If anyone has an old digital multimeter gathering dust in a drawer or toolbox, I'd love to give it a second life and get this piece of history working again. I'm happy to do a quick porch pickup anywhere in Salinas or Monterey. Thanks for helping me keep this gear alive!
