Sprouting Red Onion (Westminster & Springdale)

I've had this red onion on my kitchen counter for a few months. Bought it for a specific recipe & never ended up using it. Don't even remember what the recipe was. 😆 We don't eat much onion at our house....

Anyway, it really wants you live, so it started sprouting on the counter. I have no interest in planting it, but surely somebody else does. It should be very healthy.
