I ordered this biotin to help improve my fingernail strength. But I saw my cardiologist the next day and mentioned getting a new supplement, and he said that this could mask results of tests he made need to make in the future. So.... I left it in the Amazon paper mailer, unopened, and the bottle inside is obviously totally unopened. For safety's sake. The supplement is supposed to be good for hair and nails.
