I have 8-10 (they're in the bottom of the deep freeze and I can't remember exactly) Muscle Chef ready-meals, frozen from fresh. They are microwaveable from frozen, or from thawed.
The meals are 'smashburger beef with roast potatoes'. Macros etc are in the photos.
They were delivered fresh then immediately frozen and have been frozen solid for about 1 month.
This flavour was not enjoyed by the person who ordered them, so he has ordered different ones and these ones need to go, as my freezer is getting too full!
