Vintage chair/highchair (Near Newtown, Powys LD1)

Renovation project with useful best before date expired (for me!).
Besides a good clean, and WD40 to wheels, the main thing needed is attention to the catch that keeps the chair aloft.
Fun piece which i hope could serve someones child or grandchild.
