Loop system for the hard-of-hearing (Beckenham)

HP1 Echo-loop 2000 loop system. This was formerly used connected to a television equipped with an output SCART socket. Believed to be in working order but not tested. It may be useful to someone who is familiar with these devices and able to install it for use with suitable sound equipment.
