Graco crib - I think the model is called Stanton. Comes with waterproof mattress, couple of fitted sheets, and all hardware to install. It's got many scuffs but is fully functional. Height adjustable and front piece can be removed to make it a daybed.
it's been dismantled and will need at least a hatchback for pickup.
