Reptile UV &/or Infrared Lamp (Hartwood Green PR7)

We have a tortoise and he's currently struggling to cope with the lack of sunlight. He's just come out of hibernation. Before we go out and buy one, I was just wondering if anyone had a spare suitable lamp, that they no longer use. Thank you for looking.
