Atomic Clock (needs fixing) (Shipley BD18)

This seems too good to throw away. I think the mechanism needs replacing (that's a standard quartz one, not actually atomic). I would have done that myself but once I painted the wall it was on white I couldn't read the time anyway. Note I painted the hands red and white in an attempt to make it more readable and didn't do a great job. It also needs cleaning. In spite of all that I hope someone might like it.
