Towel rail fixings (Old Kesgrave IP5)

A bundle of fixings from an Eastbrook electric towel rail. They clamp round the rails and enable the towel rail to fix to the wall. They may fit other brands of towel rail. They could maybe be re-purposed and used for something else too? Approx measurement across the inside of the clamp (diameter) is 20mm
