Queen size mattress topper (Los Altos, CA)

Very high quality. We bought it for our sofa bed, and it never gets used. Taking up too much space in my house! Neatly rolled up in my garage. Used maybe once? not a small item; please plan accordingly. It is about 2-3” thick.
