Wooden garden chair NEW (N11 Bounds Green)

Alexander Rose acacia wood folding garden chair. This has only just been purchased and unpacked but was damaged. We have just received a replacement and the company do not want the damaged one back. So, a new folding chair ( still with labels) but with damaged rear horizontal strut near the bottom of the back legs ( not the seat end) Does anyone who is handy, want to take this on? Need it gone asap
