Outdoorheld Heated Gilet Brand New Small (Dunblane FK15)

Can anyone use this heated gilet please?
The sizing is Small, so maybe chest 34 inches? Possibly a size 8 or 10? Definitely not a 12. I bought it, but it's way too small for me. I couldn't return it. It is warm, even without the battery switched on. Variable heat levels. The battery sits within an inner zipped pocket. Please see photos for battery connectors. They say you can also charge your mobile phone in an emergency if you have enough charge in the gilet battery. If interested, you are welcome to come and try it on and see if it is for you.
