Electronic cat toy (Bloor/ The West Mall)

Moving feathery toy hidden under skirt moves around & around endlessly.
Kittens/ young cats can’t resist to try to catch it… whatever it is.
The older cats are very curious too but seem too lazy to bother.
Works great! All parts intact.
