Kids small bike helmet (Cowley OX4)

Small kids helmet ( I'd say fit average 1-3 year old). Size sticker has fallen off. Never been in accident whilst we used it but can't confirm as was second hand to us. Needs a bit of felt to cover the velcro pads inside. Might be useful as a spare for someone
