Young Mountain Ash (Horsham)

This is a rescue request. This young healthy tree was planted approx 5 years ago. As the picture shows it was inappropriately positioned too close to a friend's flat. She asks if there is anyway this could be moved.
To be honest, I don't think I could manage it now. We're both elderly.
Is there anyone out there who could help. PLEASE 🙏
