Bosch Aquatak 110plus
This is an older version where the gun is permanently fixed to the hose that attaches to the machine.
Various attachments included, noting the patio brush is damaged and doesn't work but there may be a spare part to remedy this.
It is quite old (at least 10 years) but still works
