Waterproof jacket - Mens (Bilton CV22)

A grey winter jacket.
Large size, possibly 42" chest, below waist length.
4 outside, 1 inside pocket.

The zip doesn't work thought the jacket has press stud and velcro fastenings which is how I've used it.
