Just moved to my first apartment, studio, in New York from shelter system.
I’m very proud and happy. I was given a variety of house things from state and vouchers, but not clothes or things to kinda get started with. I really need pants, size 34-30”. My normal size is 34*30, but I lost weight in the shelter that I plan to pick back up. 30” are tight, but “beggars can’t be choosers.” And I’m grateful for whatever anyone can help with. A laptop would be cool to work with and get back to society.
