Accordion lamp needs fixing (Rego Park Queens)

This is a lamp that needs to be fixed. it's the kind that you need screws to drill it into a wall. We used it for a few years, took it down bc we no longer need it, and now we tested it with a few bulbs and it doesn’t work. May be an easy fix for someone out there.
