This is a Panasonic camcorder, model PV-320. The battery is long dead, so I can't say for sure the camcorder works. I tried powering it on by plugging it into the battery charger, but that didn't work either. All the accessories are included (see picture for detail) - the case may be the best thing left :).
I see a number of these posted on eBay (most saying "not sure if it works"), and even a post on Reddit where the user (recently) raved about the quality of the recording. Not trying to talk it up too much, just hoping someone has a use for it!
