Christmas Candle Arch, Not Working (BD18)

I have a Christmas candle arch to give away.
This no longer lights up, but I cannot work out why not.
This was on our windowsill at Christmas for as long as I can remember.
A few years ago I started to use one that was my late Mum's...... and this one has refused to light ever since!!
It is probably just a loose wire, although why it should be I do not know, it has always been packed away well.
I do not have the patience to try fix it, if you think you might be able to re-wire / fix it, please let me know.
You have about 8-9 month to get it working !
Size 30cm tall, 40cm wide.
