Floor Lamp (New Catton NR3)

Freestanding lamp with uplighter and reading light. The bulb in the uplighter went the other day and despite changing fuse and bulb, it still won't work. But maybe someone out there can fix it. The lower light still works fine. Second photo is of the uplighter with new bulb in (but still not working!)
