Wall or sleeve AC 8000-10000 BTU (union)

I'm looking for a working wall or sleeve AC 8000-10000 BTU. Sleeve dimensions 26.25" wide, 15" high, 15.25" deep. I may be able to use a smaller window unit 6-8000 btu if it's small enough to vent through the sides. if anyone happens to have one they no longer need, i'd be very grateful.
