Metal scooter (Rose Hill OX4)
This was a nice metal scooter with inflatable tyres and foot brake. Unfortunately it sat outside for a while so it's in need of a full overhaul (brake is seazed, etc). Will make a nice toy for someone with the right mechanical inclination
