Knitting needles and wool (hemel hempstead HP3)

Hi if anyone has knitting needles and wool they no longer require we would love to have them for a few of our elderly residents in our care home. One would like to take up knitting again and baby hats as they would like to knit hats for premature babies if anyone has very simple patterns we would be most grateful for. Thankyou 😊
