Single bed and mattress (Toukley Nsw)

I've relocated to my mother's home from Qld. I ran away from a violent relationship. I have only my dress that I had on and a lovely friend of mums gave me some clothes. Im sleeping on the spare couch. Any help would be appreciated. Im embarrassed to ask for help, I got myself into this situation. Please help me.
