Items for new preschool (Hampden Park BN22)

I am currently setting up a new preschool opening in September and I want to make it sustainable and move away from plastic props and offer more real life items into their play such as in their role play area - using items they would see being used in their homes. Looking for old electronics, straighteners, keyboards, wicker baskets, loose parts, writing materials such as postcards/cards/notepads/diaries etc, pots and pans, cable reels etc
