Nice bike needs tlc (M20 Withington)

I got this bike and I have been repairing it but I lack space so I need to give it away.
 The thing that needs a proper look is the front derailleur that currently doesn't work. Otherwise it can be used by changing the gears.
Happy to give it to a good home rather that store it until I have time who knows when.
