Fireplace suite with flame effect electric fire and side downlights. Width 136.5cm, height 110 cm, lower depth 40cm, mantlepiece depth 31cm.
Flame effect works perfectly.
Heat works, but there is a problem switching it on - seems to be a problem with the control, but may be fixable by someone with a bit of electrical knowledge.
