E-bike (Chad Valley B16)

Gorgeous blue frame, a great e-bike, but in need of repairs! Electric not currently working, and wheel is jammed due to broken gears. Comes with charger, just needs some TLC. Would get it fixed myself but want to move on from e-bike and have none electric and lighter frame. But if you know how to fix this up or could pay for it to be repaired, it will be great! I loved using this bike for the past 5 years and hope it can be fixed and be useful or be re-cycled in some way!
