Knee surgery ice or cold machine (Creedmoor)

I don’t know the name of the machine. It makes ice out cold water to help after knee surgery (I’m getting ready for a knee replacement). I’m on a fixed income and can’t afford to buy or rent one. Thank you for reading my request.
