Metal 2 bar radiator (Saint George's CO2)

Old radiator removed from our house - working fine but white paint was cracking and decided to replace rather than repaint. 100cm long and 60cm high. Has been outside for a couple of months so starting to rust but could be cleaned and used or used for scrap metal? It’s heavy! No valves. Located Colchester (Layer Road)
