Daylilies and other garden plants (Nob Hill)

Are you separating or thinning your daylilies or coneflowers, and have too many? I am looking to add some to my yard. I'll even help you dig them up, or dig them for you!
Also, Russian sage, yarrow, roses, or other plants/flowers
