Used chicken coop (River Road area)

Previous tenants left this in the corner of the yard. It's a bit overgrown from gathering dust for a few years, but now the landlord is trying to replace the fencing behind it and wants it out of the way. Probably never going to raise chickens but if you have that ambition and lack only the infrastructure, maybe you can put this to better use than I can.
