I am looking to learn if anyone would be willing to offer assistance/direction in "grading" my son's new to him back yard.

The photo is not the back yard in need but there for interest sake. Puchased/acquired while we had feet of snow my son is now learning the NOT good features if his new Kitchener home. One is that the neighbouring properties drain into his lower sitting back yard.

Not being able to afford to have a professional landscape company come do the work I thought to ask our wonderful community for help!

We have lots of muscle to aid in the work just not the machinery, tools and experience. Definitely not looking for everything free but again a commercial company is not affordable after buying the home in January.
